My second page for the Words to live by challenge. In this page I used 9 layers: declaration of intention, collage of dictionary papers and phone book, acrylic, stencil, acrylic, stencil washi tape tape, doodles with black and white posca pen and kraft paper and hand embroidery.
I worked a few days, waiting for the layers to dry naturally. I ended up using the word explore because this was the purpose: to explore layers from my art journal.
I absolutely adore this spread, Tereza. The layers upon layers give it so much depth. Nine layers are commendable. You have chosen the perfect amount of color, while allowing the black and white to be the focus of the journal spread. We are delighted you shared this piece with us at Art Journal Journey.

ExcluirI love this page...the muted colors of the background peeking between the bold black and white polka dot lines. Wonderful! The glasses I just ordered are black with tiny white polka dots..they'd match your journal spread! LOL
